For an average-sized residential block, you can choose either a 2D backyard or a 2D front yard for $990. Alternatively, you can choose a combined 2D front and back yard for $1840, which will save you $150. 

If you want to add a side yard, it will cost you $350 each. You can also add a 3D perspective for an additional $350 or a lighting plan for $250.

No, but your design may require a professional to take site levels. For instance, the number of steps required for a staircase will depend on the steepness of the terrain. It's important to understand the different levels of the land to ensure proper construction. Normally, a professional would take site levels to determine the gradient and add the correct number of steps or terraces that will be included in the design. So if your block has a steep gradient, it's best to contact us first for more information.

While there are some cases where you can save money by doing it yourself, there are also factors that may require you to seek the help of an expert. For instance, if you're building a deck that has a timber subfloor, you'll need to obtain a building permit. We will discuss this with you during your discovery call and in your design explainer video. If permits are required, there's no need to worry as we can provide you with a list of trusted tradespeople who can assist you.

The design is a concept plan, and your contractor may need more detailed plans based on its complexity. If a building permit, town planning or other permits are required, this design will not be suitable, but can be used as a starting point for these permits. Your contractor must confirm all measurements and levels before construction or before applying for permits.

It's 7 easy steps!

1. To get started, please fill out the client discovery form, which will take approximately 10 minutes.
2. Next, you'll need to provide us with measurements of your property. You can do this by referring to the builder's drawing or by following the instructions in our video guide. All you need is a tape measure, a friend to help hold the measure, and a pen and paper. This should take around 15 minutes.
3. You'll also need to supply us with some inspiration pictures, which can be your own or from our pre-populated form. This should take about 10 minutes.
4. In addition, we'll need some photos and videos of the area you want to be designed. This can be uploaded via our website and should take around 10 minutes.
5. Once we receive your homework, we'll book a 30-minute zoom consultation to discuss your project further.
6. You'll receive a PDF of your design delivered to your email within 21 days.
7. Finally, you'll receive a video from us explaining the details in your design.
